Located on the southeast side of Chicago, this apartment building for the elderly has 80 one-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom apartment for the building manager. Includes the following amenities: community meeting rooms; tenant lounge; tenant multi-purpose room with full kitchen; and laundry facilities. HUD 202 financed.  

Completed in the fall of 2001.
