Haven Tower

The goal of this new construction was to create a modern and functional facility on a fairly tight site and with a constricted budget. This apartment building for the elderly on the southeast side of Chicago has 80 one-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom apartment for the building manager. Haven Tower has the following amenities: community meeting rooms; tenant lounge; tenant multi-purpose room with full kitchen; and laundry facilities. HUD 202 financed.

Dedicated in the spring of 2001.
